Accepting new members.

As some of you know, this forum got hacked one day. These are some new rules to make sure it doesn't happen again.
1. ask questions, like "were you involved in a spam group?.
2. put the prospect on probation while you check his user page for spam page and relations to other groups.
3. check for any discrepancies in what he/she says

We do not focus on getting rid of the KK. We accually would like to help them if they get hacked again.
